Germany – FREE SHIPPING

Europe – FREE SHIPPING

Estimated delivery time: 3-6 working days 

Your orders are shipped with DHL. The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability. 

ORDER STATUS 

A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package — in which case two tracking numbers will be advised.

14 DAYS CANCELLATIONS RIGHT

You can return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection.

RETURN PROCESS

COSTS

Please note that the customer has to pay for return delivery costs.

PACKAGING

Please return the item in its original state and in the original product packaging. We recommend that you also reuse the packaging of the original parcel. 

EXCHANGE

If you would like to order a product in a different color or size, just place a new order, and we will get in contact with you to manage the return of your product.
